History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Matilda never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Nicholas took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
