Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Patrick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
