History: He was born into a rich family. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This northern woman wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair is cut close to her head. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sarah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Rohesia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rohesia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Sarah was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
