History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Sarah is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
