History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Marshal. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Marshal and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
