History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ermina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Doctor and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business

History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away
