History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: Hadwisa wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Guard. Recently the stress of being a Guard has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and to get a good night's sleep

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a rival would like him out of the picture
