Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Simon's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
