History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
