History: Dustin was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Maynild hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age her mother died while driving off some dire rats. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in flail use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and many dire rats want her driven away

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Interpreter job and began his own company from there.
