History: Rosamund was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Hugolina was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
