When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Katherine grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Katherine was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
