History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aldous grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aldous. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Glassblower, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gunter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Gunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His head has been shaved. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 94. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away
