She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Hugh was born with his mother's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
