Description: A moderately attractive man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great joy in being the best Glassblower in town.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: This dark-skinned male is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: Roger hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears a white shirt, with a red mid length shorts with red tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and he perpetually has his sickle ready. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and money/treasure
