History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has white hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Joan is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She is a Yochlol in disguise. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Joan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
