He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fisher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
