Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
