Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rolf embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Miller.

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, black shirt, and brown tie. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Gerald reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Melissa was born with her father's beautiful face. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and human compassion
