Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his rapier with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Millicent managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
