Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
