History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
