Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hugolina isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hugolina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
