History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Manfred hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
