History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raymond embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
