When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eloise grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She struck the Tanner job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
