Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Roofer, and she later adopted a second son.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Everard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Everard. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Eloise's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
