Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Joan embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Diggory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Diggory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a stableman again

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Barber. He became a Barber soon after.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult
