Personality: Gilbert hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gunter studied abroad. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. He wears his black hair up. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his top violet hat.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Thomas was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
