Personality: He is fixated on the number 63. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Randal was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Courier. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
