History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Now she works as a music tutor during her time off.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her tied-back hair is red. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Millicent was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Millicent was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Millicent's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 81. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
