Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: Raymond was born with his mother's beautiful face. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
