History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Diggory was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Now she works as a writing tutor during her time off.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
