History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her violet robe. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her broad yellow hat.

Personality: She is a Sailor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Eloise is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north to a Sailor, Eloise learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up work as a Sailor and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
