History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
