History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Gerald was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Avelina wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Slave Trader but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dyer for the past few years.
