Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heather grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
