History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Peter was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
