Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Sculptor and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sculptor for hire.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her chestnut hair is cut short. She has a dull look in her green eyes.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Adelaide was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids.
