Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vicky does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Vicky and her spouse have recently divorced.
