History: Gifted from a young age, Aldous studied abroad. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and many orcs want her driven away
