History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ralf was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barkeep. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ralf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
