After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

History: Cecily lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
