History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Matilda liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
