Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Melissa learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Bather. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Melissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and balancing her hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Melissa speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
