Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears long strands of sapphire and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is long and silver with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born in the east to a Mercenary, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Chad took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He is portly but not overly obese. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. John was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. John decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Norman is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
