He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Geva never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
