Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ralf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Bowyer. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
