Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his father's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
