Description: An older woman who wears a worn and beaten armor, she is not a threatening figure. Her golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Sarah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Sarah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She uses divination through singing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but she was a colossal failure. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jacoba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She has wavy red hair. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
